Personalize Easter baskets and turn ordinary into something special! I picked up some darling Easter baskets that already had pretty little plaid liners in them. They were super cute as they were, but with a few supplies from JoAnn Fabric and Craft stores, my Cricut, iron on and 10 minutes, I was able to personalize Easter baskets and make them special for the kids. I mean, who doesn’t want their name on things! Plus, there is never any question to who’s basket is who’s. Maybe next year I should consider personalizing all the candy bags too. {wink}
Supplies For Personalized Easter Basket
You can find all the supplies for your personalized Easter basket at JoAnn Fabric and Craft Stores:
- Baskets with fabric insert (or you can make your own!)
- Iron-On
- Cricut Explore Air2
- Standard mat
- Iron and ironing pad
- Design Space
I used the font called Varsity for the boys’ baskets, but there are literally hundreds to choose from!
How To Personalize An Easter Basket
- Select a font in Design Space, measure the length and width of the area on the front of your basket, and size the name.
- Cut the name from iron-on, weed and iron onto basket fabric. (Tip: Make sure you turn off the steam feature or it could bubble the letters.)
