10 Healthy Cold Summer Treats

Along with the summer heat come cold summer treats. And since I’m always looking for ways to keep my kids healthy, and my little one with food allergies included and happy, I buy “all fruit” treats as much as possible. Thank goodness for amazing fruit bars like Frutarre.

and as you can see wouldn’t even put them down while balloon fighting at our Memorial Day friends and family party. {grin}

There are 10 delicious flavors to choose from like Strawberry & Milk, Peach & Milk, Banana & Milk, Black Cherry, Pineapple, Lime, and more! We celebrated with the Strawberry & Milk and the Mango. Oh… the Mango! It was like eating a real one and only 60 calories!

I picked my Fruttare up at Kroger, but they’re available nationwide.
