Did you know that March 14 is National Pi Day?!
No, I didn’t forget the “e” on Pie. I’m sleep deprived a bit since this is Friday, but not that much! {wink} It’s National Pi Day. You know, like π is a constant equal to 3.14. Yep. You’re with me now. {grin}
With National Pie Day just around the corner everyone is sharing mini decadent pie recipes and my mouth is watering! I’ve collected 15 of my favorite on Foodie.com.
My plan? In celebration of National Pi Day I’m going to bake up a few and then serve my favorites to family for our annual Easter brunch.
I always have a tough time picking just one pie recipe when we gather together, but with mini pies I can serve multiple flavors and give everyone a choice. Plus, I don’t feel so guilty about having more than one! {wink}
As always, I hope you’re inspired to craft, bake, create and celebrate!
