I think you all know I’m a southern girl. And in my family, Sunday dinners are always hosted by the matriarch of the family.
My grandmother had Sunday dinners down. She hosted for so many years and she knew just what we all liked. My grandmother is now in heaven and my mom now hosts. She makes some of everything. You’re hard pressed to leave her house hungry.
But for Easter this year, I’m hosting Sunday dinner and I’ve collected 25 flavorful and moist chicken recipes on Foodie.com to build my menu around. I think I’ll make a few test runs before I select the winning dish. I’m sure the family won’t mind. {wink}
