My kiddos are headed back to school in less than two weeks. Yikes! And I like to kick the year off with a great DIY teacher gift, something their teacher’s can actually use and appreciate. You know… not just a coffee mug pencil holder. {wink}
So this year I grabbed some Minc materials… love the one that says HELLO… so perfect… I also picked up some chalkboard items, ribbon, frame and snacks. The big chalkboard is magnetic. I have a few for the kids and we love them. It, the frame and the ribbon are from Jo-Ann, along with the Minc supplies. And then I picked up a mini clipboard and darling milk carton box from Target (in the dollar spot section).
Now let’s get crafty!
For the Heidi Swapp Minc foil items, you’ll need the Minc tags, banners and letters kits. And if you want the herringbone apples, I used the Minc paper pack and cut the apples out before running them through the machine. They might just be a fav! {grin}
Here’s a closer look at the milk carton with “for you” Minc tag and foiled apple. I filled each box (two teachers) with candies and OREOS. I should have filled them with brownies I guess… since I am looking for brownie points. {wink}
