The fabulous Amy Atlas from Sweet Designs created this beautiful candy table for her son’s birthday party last year. I love that it could be easily replicated, except maybe for the multi-tier cake {wink}. But no fear, there is a very fun and easy space shuttle cake option from Betty Crocker. They even offer a video and a cake cutting/assembly diagram!
The mod polka dot plates and napkins are part of our train and dinosaur collections. Oh, and you must make Amy’s simple shuttle favor cups. I love that she filled them with tiny chocolate planets. Adorable and yummy!
Amy even posted a complete tutorial on how to make the papier mache planets hanging above her candy table.
Make sure you pop over and see all the pictures of her son’s party. Her work is truly inspiring!
