I can’t wait to share my brunch on a bun recipe! It’s amazing! Just ask my kids. {grin}
Did you know that we are officially, as of this past Sunday, in summer? And what better way to kick summer off than hosting a lazy brunch for the family? We’re big on brunch in the summer. I’m up super early every day, but the kids stay snuggled up until 9 most mornings. Once up, they’re usually starving and this is my go-to fun recipe.
You’ll need:
- Hebrew National All-Beef Franks
- Wheat Buns
- Hashbrowns
- Eggs
- Chives
- Toast the buns on the grill
- Brown the hashbrowns – fresh potatoes are the best, but I’m not opposed to a good quality frozen hashbrown
- Grill the Hebrew National All-Beef Franks
- Fry (or poach) the egg
- Stack
And it’s that easy! If your family is anything like mine, they’ll gobble these up before you have your napkin in your lap. {wink}
Do you ever wonder what makes Hebrew National kosher hot dogs premium? It’s all about what makes the cut (and what doesn’t). They’re choosy about what goes into their franks – using only premium cuts of 100% kosher beef from the front half of the cow and then choose the best from that. No artificial flavors, colors, fillers or by-products. When your hot dog is Kosher, that’s a hot dog you can trust! I’d have it no other way for my family!
