This Friday is the big “CAMP COLE” birthday party for my little guy and we’re planning a ton of Field Day type activities. (Part I of the party, Part II of the party.) And what fun would it be if the campers didn’t get to take home a few medals! I have three for each game, plus some extras like “Awesome Camper,” “Best Team Player,” etc. so everyone leaves with at least four metals. {grin}
To make your own you’ll need:
- rounds from our new campout party collection printables, we can personalized them to read any game or activity your campers will be playing.
- circle punch
- crepe paper
- tape or hot glue
So simple to make, here’s how:
- fold the crepe in small folds,
- as you work form it into a circle,
- tape the center front and back,
- add the circle topper with hot glue (my preference),
- add a longer ribbon of crepe so it can hang around the child’s neck (tip: make sure that you attach it in the center and at the top of the circle crepe so that it doesn’t want to weigh forward)
