To get started here’s what you’ll need:

• Photo paper or 100lb. cardstock
• Paper trimmer
• Hole punch
• Twine
• Washi tape

And here are the simple steps to make your DIY banner: Trim, Punch, String, Hang.

It’s definitely that easy! Not to mention it’s an inexpensive and cute way to decorate your mantle for Halloween.
