Do you love mini party foods?! Me too! And what about cupcakes? Like cupcakes? How about ice cream? Today I’m going to show you how to make mini ice cream cone cupcakes! It’s so easy.

How To Bake Mini Ice Cream Cones | Kim Byers, TheCelebrationShoppe.com

To bake mini ice cream cone cupcakes you’ll need:

  • Mini Ice Cream Cones (I picked these up at Kroger in the ice cream section)
  • Cupcake pan
  • Aluminum foil

And the simple steps:

  1. Cover the cupcake pan with aluminum foil.
  2. Run your finger around the edges of each cupcake spot so that the aluminum foil makes a rim. This will help you find the center of each.
  3. Cut an X in each center.
  4. Carefully place a cone in each.
  5. Spoon your cake batter in a resealable bag, snip the corner and pipe into each cone. Be careful not to go above 2/3 of the cup. Maybe even a little less or they’ll overflow and look drippy.
  6. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool and ice.
