Happy Easter season friends! One of my absolute favorite activities this time of year is Easter egg dyeing. All the lovely colors, I usually run out of eggs before I run out of ideas!
We make cookies and dye Easter eggs usually the Saturday before, and not boring Easter eggs, no. We try all different kinds of egg dyeing techniques. I’ve rounded up a few of my favorites for you!
With snow on the ground still here in Ohio, the only spring I can find is in my kitchen and my craft room. We break out markers, paint, crayons and of course dye. Don’t forget the vinegar, like I usually do.
So this year as I collected Easter egg dyeing techniques and tips on my Easter Pinterest board to try with my kiddos, I decided to share a few of my favorite here with all of you. They range from vibrant to subdued, but all lovely! Oh, and I threw one of my own creations from last year into the bunch too. {wink} Plus a few crafty Easter egg decorating techniques.

This year I think I’m going to pick up a few egg alternatives too. The craft stores have wooden eggs, foam eggs, paper mâché eggs and more. I’ll share what I make!! :)
