Holiday Party Hot Cocoa Bar Crafts & Ideas + Elmer’s Handmade Holiday E-book

I host a few parties every December and every year the hot cocoa bar is the best thing on the menu. From young to old, everyone can relate to that piping hot mug of hot cocoa piled high with marshmallows and an old fashion peppermint stir stick. {grin}
