I don’t know about you… but the older my kids get the harder it is to get them to pose for good back to school pictures. I mean, they’re not super thrilled about summer ending…
So last August I tried something new. I started out the normal way (see my post about getting “no tear, no stress” back to school photos) and got some great shots… and then they got tired. So to liven them back up I decided I needed to distract them a bit. Hence, the bubble gum.
It was amazing. There were smiles, giggles, teasing… and the photos better captured their real personalities.
I always like to try and catch their style if I can and last year my oldest, Alex, really wanted a messenger bag instead of a backpack. I think he pulled it off well with his professor cardigan. {wink}
