I love having a fun after school snack for my boys from time to time. You can’t make every afternoon of homework fun, but you can on special occasions: first day of school, after a big test, end of the quarter.
These Strawberry Rice Krispies Treat Sliders are super simple to make with just the right blend of sweet and fruity. I think your kiddos will love them. I do too! This is a great kid and parent approved after school snack!
We actually made banana ones too and they might have been my favorite. {grin}
