Easy Clothespin Crafts For Your Laundry Room

I love a pretty laundry room. I’ve not always had one. It wasn’t a room I put much effort into because I strongly dislike laundry. {grin} But I found once I put a little time into making the space pretty, partly with my clothespin crafts, I didn’t mind being in the laundry room so much. Okay, so I still really dislike laundry, but at least I’m in a pretty room while I’m doing it. {wink}

Let’s make some super simple clothespin crafts that will make your laundry room or utility room darling.

You’ll just need a few craft supplies to update your laundry room:

• White Canvas
• Clothespins
• Elmer’s Craft Bond Hot Glue Gun
• Elmer’s No-Mess Glue Sticks
• Gold Spray Paint
• Ruler
• Paint dropcloth
• Optional: Towel

Easy DIY steps for clothespin crafts:

1. Paint – spray paint standard clothespins gold (or any color you like)
2. Measure – measure off your design, center and place pins
3. Glue – pick up and hot glue one clothespin at a time, pressing them firmly in place and holding them for 10 seconds each for a good bond. (Tip: Place a towel under the canvas so that when you press down the clothespin and pressure don’t stretch the canvas.)
