Love glitter crafts?! Love a banner flag? Well I have a really easy and fun DIY craft idea for you!
Recently I was working on a new video, making and hanging a banner flag, for my youtube channel (up early next week) and I needed a fun way to display the banner. An easy way! I picked up some mini clothespins from JoAnn Fabric and Craft Stores (in the wood working section) a few months ago and they were perfect. Except, you see, this party idea is overly pink and the standard brown clothespin just wasn’t cutting it.
So what does any crafter do?! I opened up all the doors to my craft storage and started trying to think of ways to make them better. The answer was quick and obvious… glitter!!
With just a touch of Mod Podge, or you could use Elmer’s Stick Glue (I tried both and they both worked), apply your glitter! Allow it to dry and then clothespin your banner flag to ribbon.
Yep! It’s that easy!
By the way, this pink and gray chevron banner is part of my cowgirl collection. You can find the cowgirl invitation, thank you notes, the entire party supplies collection, and the individual chevron banner in the shoppe.
As always, I hope you’re inspired to craft, bake, create and celebrate!
