Hey there! I’m so excited about prepping the house for fall and I’m starting now with this DIY monogram for my entryway. It’s so elegant! Because my entryway for the summer was relaxed and bright, with a big jar of gumballs (no joke!), this is such a big switch and I’m loving it!
And the best part, it’s super easy to make with your Cricut Explore. You’ll need:
- Cricut Explore Machine
- Cricut 12×24 Cutting Mat (light weight adhesive works best for vinyl, or use one of your older less sticky mats)
- Gold Vinyl
- Transfer Tape
- Cricut Design Space, my arrangement that you can easily tweak
Easy steps:
- Open Design Space and change the monogram
- Cut
- Use transfer tape to apply to wall
These designs are Anna Griffin. Her style is very glamorous and this is only a small sample. Wanna see a few of her Christmas designs. I’m in love with the reindeer! Now, hop over and see how I created these as cup labels for my Christmas party!
And guess what?! Cricut is releasing something so beautiful… They announced it on Facebook. You can RSVP now to make sure you won’t miss it…. And if you do – you’ll have a chance to participate in a super-secret giveaway! Trust me – you’re not going to want to miss this!
The giveaway will take place on October 5th – and all you’ll have to do is comment on the VIP Guestlist Giveaway thread on the event wall that you were invited by ME – Kim Byers, The Celebration Shoppe!
Oh, and if you’re curious. That glitter pumpkin is from Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Stores. So seriously cute! Want to see more of those and another Cricut craft I made for my home? This one is easy DIY “Welcome Autumn” art. See the full DIY on Jo-Ann.
As always, I hope you’re inspired to craft, bake, create and celebrate!
