Having guests over for drinks? Need some glass markers? It seems I never have enough or they don’t match my party’s theme. So in my recent girls night in party post I shared a peek at these fun and simple glittered wine glass markers that only cost pennies to make.
I’ve shared this sparkle tape (aka glitter washi tape) from Darice before (also available at JoAnn Fabric and Craft Stores), and every time I use it I love it more. The glitter really shines and you could practically sand a table with it and no glitter would fall off. It’s perfect for embellishing gifts, crafting and oh yes, DIY party ideas! {grin}
To make these simple drink markers you’ll need:
- Darice Sparkle Tape (available in a variety of colors)
- Sharp scissors
- Elmer’s Painters Pen
Cut several lengths of tape, fold in half and trim out a triangle, peel off adhesive and stick to glass, write on your guest’s names. Done!
And here’s how darling the glitter drink markers can look on a pretty and delicious drink recipe. You don’t want to mix these glasses up. Trust me, you want every last drop of my Raspberry Acai Pineapple Champagne Cocktail.
Both this DIY glitter wine glass marker and this recipe will be perfect for New Year’s Eve too! {wink}
