Summer is almost here and that means more gatherings with my girl friends. And since we all have kids, that is often a girls’ night in. But no worries… with my Raspberry Acai Pineapple cocktails in hand and good conversation, we won’t even mind when the kids squirt us with water guns. {grin}
These are amazing! And what’s best, if you have a few friends who are watching the calories or pregnant, they can still enjoy this recipe as a mocktail.
Here’s the super simple recipe:
- 2/3 Trop50’s Raspberry Acai
- 1/3 Champaign (or Gingerale)
- 1 scoop pineapple sorbet (fat free if you like!) per glass
In addition to amazing drink recipes, you can doll up your stemware (and make your besties feel special) with a little bling. I’ll be sharing more about these simple but fun drink stirrers and labels in my next post! Hosting your own party this summer, love acai and want more yummy recipes? Trop50 has the great taste and goodness you expect from Tropicana, but with 50% less sugar and calories and no artificial sweeteners. And guess what… my kiddos LOVE it. They didn’t even notice a difference. That tells you Tropicana has kept all the flavor!
As always, I hope you’re inspired to craft, bake, create and celebrate!
