Remember I told you about my love of reindeer this holiday season when I shared how to make my reindeer wreath, well I couldn’t resist whipping up a super easy treat bag idea too. It will be perfect for my cookie decorating party this year!
It’s super simple so let’s get crafty!
You’ll need:
- Cookie sleeves/bags
- Clothespins, medium
- Poms, I prefer glitter poms
- Glue
- Optional: Medium googly eyes
Easy how to steps:
- Fold – measure about 1.5” from the top of the bag, crease and fold.
- Nose – place nose just below the center of the folded bag and glue or use a glue dot.
- Eyes – attach evenly above nose. Or leave off if you want a more modern look.
- Treat – insert candies or cookies.
- Antlers – add two medium clothespins as antlers and to close the treat bags.
IDEA: Make 24 bags, add number stickers and these could be a darling advent calendar idea! I would use brown noses on the first 23 and leave the glittery red nose for December 24! {grin}
They’re even darling with no eyes for a more modern look.
