Hot Three-Veggie Tailgate Dip Recipe – Perfect With Dr Pepper

This recipe for hot three-veggie tailgate dip is the perfect football fan food!

We’re a football watching family. As a matter of fact, we’re a house divided so our tailgates can be a bit loud! All in fun, but there is lots of good natured goading. You see, I’m an SEC fan and the hubby is a Big 10 fan. Remember, I grew up in the south, but he grew up in Ohio. ;) To go with all of our laughs and cheers, we like lots of tailgate food!

This hot three-veggie tailgate dip has been a go to for about 10 years now. It’s easy to make and tastes amazing hot or cold. You can’t go wrong!

For drinks, my oldest son thinks there is no better soda than the rich, indulgent, one of a kind flavor of Dr Pepper®, so it’s a must have.

Ingredients For Hot Three-Veggie Tailgate Dip

• 1 can Asparagus Spears, drained
• 1 jar Artichoke Hearts, drained
• 1 pkg frozen Spinach, thawed, drained
• 1 1/2 cups Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
• 1 tub Chive and Onion Cream Cheese
• 1/2 cup Mayo
• 1 Large Oval Shaped Bread (for serving)
• 1 baguette, sliced and toasted (for dipping)

Instructions For Hot Three-Veggie Tailgate Dip

1. Combine all ingredients into a large bowl, reserving 1/2 cup of Parmesan Cheese.
2. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan Cheese.
3. Bake for 30 minutes or until top browns lightly and dip is hot, at 375 degrees.
