Easter is a favorite holiday for me, and this year is going to be extra special because we’re headed south for family gatherings and Easter egg hunts! It will be so nice to hunt for eggs in the grass instead of the snow. {wink}
I actually have so much family that we’re planning two Easter egg hunts! And you can’t go to an egg hunt empty handed, so I’ll be making one of my kid’s favorites: marshmallow treats.
Before I wised up and started using PAM Cooking Spray to coat my pans AND my spoons when making these family favorites, I spent way too much time trying to get the gooey stuff off the spatula and out of the pans! I don’t know about you, but I have better things to do than wash dishes. If I were a superhero and I had an arch nemesis, it would be dishes. {smirk}
It’s as easy as spraying down the pans before I start making the treats and then molding them in the pans while they’re still hot. Once the marshmallow treats have cooled, they literally slide right out. So easy to make and so easy to clean up!
You see this spoon and that huge dollop of marshmallow fluff? I sprayed the spoon with PAM Cooking Spray before getting started and the marshmallow fluff rolled right off.
To assemble, once cooled, just start stacking each layer, adding a dollop of marshmallow fluff between each. Then top with a super cute paper cake topper. It just so happens I whipped one up for you!
With PAM Cooking Spray helping me get out of the kitchen sooner, I get more time snuggling with my kiddos and, of course, chasing them around the house with plastic swords. Yes, I do that! Seriously, PAM Cooking Spray cuts several minutes off my scrubbing routine, not to mention my baking pans stay nicer longer. I do love a pretty cookie sheet!
With all the planning that goes into putting together the perfect dish, using PAM Cooking Spray is a sensible way to save time in the kitchen. When you use PAM, you spend less time cleaning up in the kitchen, allowing for more time to be spent with the ones you love. Bonus? PAM Cooking Spray leaves 99% less residue than leading brands of margarine or bargain-brand sprays, so your dishes will turn out great and you’ll spend less time cleaning up.
*vs. leading cooking sprays (except olive oil), after spraying on glass bakeware, baking at 400°F for 30 minutes, cooling, and then washing in a standard home dishwasher with detergent and repeating 4 times.
So get out of the kitchen sink and get back to family time!
