Looking for Valentine’s Day Ideas? This heart balloon wall idea could be fun for a Valentine’s Day party backdrop, date night game, or kid’s party game idea. You just need a bit of imagination, a few balloons and a Balloon Time helium tank!
If you’d like to create this heart balloon wall for the game or for a party backdrop, you’ll need:
- Balloon Time helium tank
- Light pink and dark pink balloons
- Clear fishing line
- Clear tape
- Optional for game: Date Night Idea Sheet, Bronze Sharpie Pen, Paper, Gold Washi Tape
The idea of the Valentine’s Day game is to insert Valentine’s Day plans into each balloon. (Just roll them up and pop them in before you inflate your balloon.) Your date gets to pop a balloon and then you do whatever is inside the balloon. I whipped up some examples that you can download and use or you can make your own. Be as creative as you want with your honey, or if you’re celebrating as a family just change up the messages and the kids will get a giggle out of getting to be part of the fun!
Making a balloon heart collage is as easy as one, two, three:
- Inflate balloons, all at equal sizes. If you want to insert messages, roll them tightly and insert before inflating
- Tie with fishing line and leave lines long
- Attach to floor with clear tape at various heights and trim off excess fishing line
TIP: Take your time. Create one side of balloon and then match the opposite side. Easiest if you have help. One person telling you if you need to raise or lower so balloons are in line with each other.
Not sure you have the energy or time to make a heart balloon wall… no worries. A bundle of Valentine’s date night balloons filled with ideas is just as fun! {wink} I created this wall and the bundle with one large tank.
