Frankenstein is one of my favorite Halloween characters to make into fun and silly crafts, like this easy DIY Halloween favor box.
With Halloween quickly approaching, that means little ghosts and goblins coming to your door! Of course you might not make these for every trick-or-treater (especially if you live in my neighborhood where we get about 300 kids a year!), but these are super fun for those special neighbors. Plus it’s always fun to see their faces when they realize you made them something special. These are also a perfect Halloween favor box for all your Halloween party guests or for classroom parties!
Here’s what you’ll need to make my Frankenstein Halloween favor boxes:
- Minc paper pack
- Minc machine
- Minc transfer folder
- Green foil
- Black shimmer cardstock
- Clear take-out boxes
- Optional: Green gumballs
Easy DIY steps for your Frankenstein Halloween favor box:
- Cut – First cut out the shapes using Minc paper packs. I chose a gingham for the hair and mouth, which is actually just his scar, and polka dot paper for his eyes. For the bolts I used a shimmer black paper.
- Preheat – Next, turn your Minc machine to 3
- Foil – Now insert print and foil in transfer folder
- Build – Attach foiled paper to the boxes with clear glue dots.
- Fill – Last but not least, fill with your favorite treat.
