Let’s make a DIY Trick or Treat Halloween Bag!
With just a few short days to Halloween, there’s still time to whip up a great costume and don’t forget the Halloween Trick or Treat bag! Let’s get crafty and I’ll teach you how to make one in just minutes!
I personally can’t walk around, or let my kids walk around, with a plain pillowcase. Do kids in your neighborhood do this? For one, I’d likely never get it back as my kids tend to stash their haul. For second, it’s just not cute enough. {wink}

Simple Steps To Making A Trick Or Treat Halloween Bag
- Measure – determine how big your tote is so you can size your design.
- Cut & Weed – open my Design Space project and size it to your tote. Make sure you “select all.” Send each layer to your mat and weed each piece of the design.
- Apply iron on – lay the iron on in place, measure to make sure you’re centered, and iron. (Tip: Make sure that you turn the “steam” feature off or it could bubble your design.)
- Apply trim – using extreme glue (dries clear) add trim to the top edge of your bag.
