Everyone wants a great photo at the New Year’s Eve party! Well, let me show you how to make a super simple and fun New Year’s Eve photo backdrop with a few balloons and a Balloon Time helium tank!
Setting up a New Year’s Eve photo booth is actually super simple. You’ll just need:
- Balloon Time helium tank
- Black and gold balloons
- Large 36″ round white balloon
- Clear fishing line
- Clear tape
- Vinyl roman numerals and clock hands or vinyl and a die cut machine (both available at your local craft store)
- Other prop items (glitter banner, tissue tassels, chair)
Making the backdrop is as easy as one, two, three:
- Inflate
- Tie with fishing line
- Attach to floor with clear tape at various heights
Make a large center clock face balloon. It adds a POP of fun. {wink}
- Inflate large round balloon.
- Attach vinyl (or sticker) roman numerals and clock hands. If you can’t find them in your craft store, they’re very simple to cut out with scissors and worth the effort!
Tip: Set up every element of your photo backdrop, saving the balloons to last so they’ll be full and round all night!
I created this wall with one regular tank. Want to find a retailer for Balloon Time tanks? You can find them at Balloon Time, Amazon and a ton of other retailers!
