Oh So Cute Strawberry Coasters & Mason Jars

Celebrate summer with these darling DIY strawberry coasters and mason jars. They’re perfect for a summer picnic or for your Memorial Day or 4th of July events!

You can make these in just minutes. You’ll need:

• Elmer’s Cork Foam Board
• Elmer’s Craft Bond Hot Glue Gun
• Ruler
• Elmer’s No-Mess Glue Sticks
• Painters Pen, Green and White
• Red craft paint
• Green craft paint
• Paint brushes
• Green ribbon
• Straight edge knife

And the easy steps:

1. Score – score (foam side) 4×4 blocks of the foam board. Break the board along the score line.
2. Draw – draw outline of leaves in one corner.
3. Paint – paint red and green areas with craft paint. Allow 2-3 minutes to dry. Paint on seeds.
4. Glue – hot glue green ribbon to the side of the coaster.

If you have strawberry coasters, you need strawberry glasses! {wink} You can craft these up in less than five minutes. You’ll need:

• Elmer’s Craft Bond Hot Glue Gun
• Elmer’s No-Mess Glue Sticks
• Painters Pen, White
• Green ribbon
• Optional leaf topper: Green cardstock, scissors, hole punch

Easy how to steps:

1. Glue – pipe a small area of hot glue on the rim of the jar and attach the green ribbon. Wrap, cut and glue.
2. Paint – draw seeds on jar.

(Tip: The best thing about using hot glue on glass, it holds well and it cleans off easy so you can use them over and over again!)

These crafts are perfect for summer entertaining. Think picnics and strawberry themed birthdays. And what’s best, you could craft a series of different fruits. Lemons would be darling to serve lemonade! {grin}
